The Independent Local Governance Directorate has not fulfilled its mandate to take the lead on local governance that includes boundaries.

The body responsible for this dataset: Independent Directorate of Local Governance; nothing was found in search that contradict submitter's observation. There are internal funding from EU --> https://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/sites/devco/files/aap_financing_afghanistan_annex_3_20160906_en.pdf in which proper land survey is to be done but no output can be found.
