When asked whether a person can come into the Commission to conduct a company search, the Financial Services Regulatory Commission states that for a prescribed fee, a person can conduct a search of an IBC's public documents during normal working hours (https://www.fsrc.gov.ag/index.php/faqs). As proposed by the original submitter, another responsible organisation could be Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property & Commerce Office however no relevant data could be found on either webpage (https://www.abipco.gov.ag/home.aspx). No information on a company register or business directory could be found online hence the dataset has been marked as non-existent.
