The initial submission answered all questions correctly. The submission was still rejected, because the weather forecast data does not meet the dataset characteristics the Index wants to assess: There are no data on precipitation amount for the current day and the following two days. Forecasts of temperature extremes, wind speed (in km/h) and direction (indicating cardinal directions and more: ESE - SE) are available for current day and following three days, all in numerical values. However, the forecast does not indicate precipitation amount. Precipitation probability is described verbally as "slt chnce of shwr". The data is available for the entire island (one aggregated national forecast). This forecast shows precipitation amount, wind speed, wind direction (for example: ESE - SE) as well as temperature extremes. There is no download function, but the data is presented comprehensively in one table in HTML. The data is easily findable because the homepage directly links to forecasts, and 4-day forecasts (links are named accordingly). There is a copyright disclaimer on the website, but no specification of terms of use or similar could be found. There is no open license presented online. It could not be verified whether the data is in the public domain or not.
