The initial submission was altered. Precipitation is provided, but not as numerical values. It is only shown as verbal indications such as ("there can be sporadic showers"). Wind speed is contained in an XML file, but no wind direction, which is only provided in verbal form here: https://fhmzbih.gov.ba/latinica/PROGNOZA/P-trodnevna.php Information is split across pages, and stored in different data types (numbers, text, icons without legend) which makes it harder to retrieve a comprehensive overview of the data. Also since not all data is provided in XML, the data is not considered to be fully machine-readable. The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute shows © 2001-2016 (under the menu https://www.fhmzbih.gov.ba/latinica/PROGNOZA/P-klima.php)) The data cannot be modified, and can only be used after agreement of the institute. Therefore the data is not compliant with the Open Definition (data must be modifiable) https://fhmzbih.gov.ba/latinica/O-NAMA/FHMZ-uslovi.php Usability of data: XML data is easily usable, but contains empty fields for precipitation amount. Precipitation icons on this webpage are consistently named and can be scraped, but there is no legend that makes them interpretable. Thank you, Arianit Dobroshi, for contributing to the Global Open Data Index.
