Government Budget 0% open

Barbados

What data is expected?

National government budget at a high level, that is the planned government expenditure for the upcoming year, and not the actual expenditure. Open budget data allows for well-informed publics: showing where money is spent on, how public funds develop over time, and why certain activities are funded. We recommend that you consult our methodology section for more information.

  • Budget per government department
  • Budget per sub-department
  • Descriptions for budget sections

How open is the data?

Unfortunately I was unable to identify a government portal for the given datasets.

Accept: I was not able to access to website of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs. The budget speech and a summary are available on the website of the parliament: https://www.barbadosparliament.com/uploads/document/e290bf642cdb3bc7e7637e760dbcb9e8.pdf and https://www.barbadosparliament.com/uploads/document/1c62bd506fa9d69e768dd2827fda4d8f.pdf. The latter two documents do not suffice as Budget Documents, nor as Open Budget Data.
