B2.2: An easier site to navigate can be found here: https://bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd/index.php It leads straight to the laws. Also the laws switches from English to Sanskrit after 1986. B4: Yes it is free of charge and can be downloaded via PDF. B7: No, the government has a copyright on all data and published laws. B8: It is available in PDF. Overall, the data seemed to there, yet it does take time to find the database.
