We acknowledge and thank Nurunnaby Hasive for the contribution. I have changed the initial submission as I have identified that Bangladesh Post Office, department of Ministry of Posts and Tele communication is responsible for postal codes and the data is not made available only. Only a search service is offered: https://www.bangladeshpost.gov.bd/PostCode.asp
