Buchvarova - Directorate "Modernization of the administration" in the Administration of the Council of Ministers - Institute of Public Administration - Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications - Foundation "Obshtestvo.bg" All required dataset characteristics were found online without the need to register or request access to them. The data are updated every few months, are free of charge, and downloadable at once in machine-readable .XML files (one for each day of the month). The type of Licence is Creative Commons CCZero and the data are freely available and can be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes (https://opendata.government.bg/en/about).
