The link to the dataset was updated to the latest from Nov 2016 compared with the submission from the original which pointed to the 2011 dataset. The available data format was increased to cover the .SHX and .DBF files that comes with the shapefile. Other than the minor modifications above, all the rest checks out and is valid. Thank you very much for contributing to the Global Open Data Index.
