How open is the data?

All credit of this submission goes to Susana Soto.

We thank Susana Soto for her contribution to the Global Open Data Index. We have reviewed the raster mosaic of topographic maps 1:50k, available through WMS. The reason is given by the completeness of the mosaic, it covers the entire territory, making the dataset compliant with the requirements.
