The original submission by Ignacio Alfaro Marín was not accepted because the data found online did not qualify. Forecast data is available from the Instituto Meteorológico Nacional at https://www.imn.ac.cr/en/web/imn/inicio. It should be noted that the Spanish version of the website could not be opened at the time of the review (date: February 28, 2017).
The website provides temperature, cloud coverage, precipitation amount, and wind forecasts for the current day. Yet, forecasts are only made available for current day and the following first day, and include only some required characteristics.
Data is available in HTML, there is no download function. The data can be requested at https://www.imn.ac.cr/en/web/imn/solicitud-de-servicios, but it is not sure which data are provided through it.
