All required characteristics are present in the data published online by the government in .HTML format and individual records can also be downloaded in .PDF form. However, results cannot be downloaded in bulk and according to the Conditions of operation and use of public records on the Internet (https://or.justice.cz/ias/ui/podminky), "the Ministry of Justice reserves the right to limit or restrict access to a database of public records user who daily sent for processing more than 3,000 requests and / or trying to cross the protection of the web server and / or who submits to process more than 50 requests within one (1) minute."
