The data is very easily understandable, because all data (be it icons, or graphs) have a legend explaining the data clearly (so humans can interpret bar charts easily). However, the data itself is only available as PNG file embedded in HTML. So manual transcription is necessary to retrieve the data. To make the data usable through machines would require extensive effort. Data cannot be downloaded. There is no open license on the website, but a copyright notification. The website states that one part of the business model is to cater numerical forecasts to private customers (see: https://www.dmi.dk/en/about/profile/introduction-to-dmi/#c5054).
