The submission fulfills all characteristics. The portal hosts laws, decrees, regulations and resolutions, and are searchable by year, title, date enacted, under which president, and so on. The portal is accessible via this site: https://www.consultoria.gov.do/. Under the heading Inquiries there is a link to Laws and Decrees.
