What are electoral majorities and minorities? How many votes are registered, invalid, or spoilt? To enable highest transparency, the Index assesses polling station data. Data for electoral zones does not suffice. The Index consulted the National Democratic Institute (NDI) to develop this data category. Rejected submission since not all required data is available and data is available by electoral district, and afterwards by selecting Municipality. . Results available for Parliamentary Elections 2015, European Elections 2014 and Referendum 2015 include registered votes, major results, invalid and blank votes, no information for spoiled ballots. As submitter noted, there is no button or link to directly download the data. Users may need to extensively scrape the data if they wish to download them.
