  • Borders of poligone

How open is the data?

The shapefiles that can be downloaded at https://www.segeplan.gob.gt/nportal/index.php/ide-descargas fulfils all the characteristic. There is a "Access to Public Information" law. It specifies access to information, but not whether the data can be freely reused by anyone for any purpose. Therefore the license does not count as open.
