The submissions in this data category do not need to include detailed financial data such as balance sheet, etc. Open data from company registers may be used for many ends: e.g. enabling customers and businesses to see with whom they deal, or to see where a company has registered offices. The original submission was rejected as not all four dataset characteristics can be found online. More specifically, Company Names and CR numbers are available, but not Company Addresses. One way to access data is through the Cyber Search Centre of the Integrated Companies Registry Information System (ICRIS). However, data are available through a search mask and it is necessary to know the name of an entity in order to find it. Only CR No. and Company Name are provided. Data are free and in .HTML format, so they cannot be downloaded at once. There are also terms of use to which one must agree with as well as provide a reason for conducting the search in order to access the data.
