The original submission has been rejected on the basis that not all four required characteristics are published online. According to the original submitter, the Indonesian company register is the most closed online available company register they've ever seen. Though full company profiles are available on the Directorate General of Legal Administration (Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum) website, they are not for free and not openly licensed. More specifically, the names and addresses of companies are available for free in .HTML format, but not their unique identifiers. Names and addresses are available through a search mask so it is necessary to already know the name of an entity in order to find it. In order to access a company's full profile (which one can only assume whether it includes the unique identifier), one needs to select the company of interest, fill in an online form, and buy the information through a pre-paid voucher. Information is then sent via e-mail in .PDF format.
