How open is the data?

The dissemination of the data or legislation files would benefit from adjusting the UI/UX and centralizing the data

Law are very easy to find using the filter. All information and data are available on the given websites. Comments are below: B1: The Ministry of Justice is the responsible agent for the collection and dissemination of the National Laws via an online server B2.2: The versions of the legislation on the Ministry of Justice website is made available for information only and any legislation printed from this website has no official status. Legislation that has been passed by the Houses of Parliament and brought into effect prior to 2010. Legislation passed by the Houses of Parliament since 2009 are located at the Jamaica Parliament website www.japarliament.gov.jm. B6: The dissemination of the data/legislation is disjointed between 2 websites, The collection of data in periodic groups lead to broken links on the House of Parliament page. This page was linked from the Ministry of Justice site following the link " Latest Bills and Acts". However following the drop down menu under "Publications" on the House of Parliament Site there were files observed to have been uploaded for 2016. B8: Legislation documents are available for download in PDF formats
