Legislation that has been passed by the Houses of Parliament and brought into effect prior to 2010. Legislation passed by the Houses of Parliament since 2009 are located at the Jamaica Parliament website www.japarliament.gov.jm. B6: The dissemination of the data/legislation is disjointed between 2 websites, The collection of data in periodic groups lead to broken links on the House of Parliament page. This page was linked from the Ministry of Justice site following the link " Latest Bills and Acts". However following the drop down menu under "Publications" on the House of Parliament Site there were files observed to have been uploaded for 2016.
