The original submitter did not find that there is a body called "Cambodia National Mekong Committee" which has the "Administrative Boundaries" online, this was corrected. Since the dataset needed to be obtained via a cart which needs registration, it is deemed not available online without registration. However, what was discovered is even after registering an account and checking out the cart for the needed dataset; no data was delivered via email, thus data is deemed inaccessible.
