What data is expected?

This data category requires all national laws and statutes to be available online, although it is not a requirement that information on legislative behaviour e.g. voting records is available.

  • Content of the law / status
  • Date of last amendment
  • Amendments to the law (if applicable)

How open is the data?

The review was based on the Gazette website. The original submitter used the Assembly website and made no mention of the Gazette (I added this source as a reviewer). I am much more confident that all the characteristics are found when taking the Gazette as a point of reference. The Assembly data is relatively incomplete as it does not note amendments on original laws (even though amendments are still published separately). The other change I made was in B8, where I noted that data is available in TXT format (in the Gazette).

I am accepting the submission as it meets all required characteristics.
