What data is expected?

National government budget at a high level, that is the planned government expenditure for the upcoming year, and not the actual expenditure. Open budget data allows for well-informed publics: showing where money is spent on, how public funds develop over time, and why certain activities are funded. We recommend that you consult our methodology section for more information.

How open is the data?

The 2015 result from the Open Budget Index shown that the data is exist https://survey.internationalbudget.org/#rankings There are no evidence found from the Ministry of Finance official website to confirm that the data exist.

Although I have searched additionally for the Myanmar Budget, using google translate, beyond an article stating the the 2017 budget was for the first time available, it was not possible to find it online.
