The submission was changed, because the reviewer verified that Mozambique has a "Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia". The institute is affiliated with the Ministry of Transport and Communications. See here: https://www.inam.gov.mz (link in Portuguese). Outdated forecast information was found on the website at: https://www.inam.gov.mz and in sub-links. This data includes temperature extremes, and general weather conditions (cloud coverage, precipitation) for several cities in Mozambique. Additionally a bulletin for weather warnings is issued.
