Government Budget 0% open

Peru

What data is expected?

National government budget at a high level, that is the planned government expenditure for the upcoming year, and not the actual expenditure. Open budget data allows for well-informed publics: showing where money is spent on, how public funds develop over time, and why certain activities are funded. We recommend that you consult our methodology section for more information.

  • Budget per government department
  • Budget per sub-department
  • Descriptions for budget sections

How open is the data?

Datosabiertos.gob.pe does not show Peruvian budget data. The budget data is available in different classifications, yet only on the highest level (such as program level, as downloadable PDF, here: https://www.mef.gob.pe/es/documentacion-sp-19127/guias--reportes-del-presupuesto-publico). There are only the biggest sub-program budgets listed, which is why there is not the entire budget published online. The data does not fulfill the criteria.
