Your submission is valid. Thank you very much for contributing to the Global Open Data Index. The answer to question B2 was changed as on both websites provided, the data are available through a search mask, with access restricted with a captcha. All 4 required characteristics are available free of charge, however they are in .HTML format, with the option to be downloaded in .PDF, and cannot be downloaded in bulk at once. I was unable to confirm whether data on CEIDG are also available in .XML format after registration so I did not include this in the available data formats.
