National government budget at a high level, that is the planned government expenditure for the upcoming year, and not the actual expenditure. Open budget data allows for well-informed publics: showing where money is spent on, how public funds develop over time, and why certain activities are funded. We recommend that you consult our methodology section for more information.

Comment reviewer: on the budget transparency portal, the full budget data are hidden in the detailed data search portal, but once that is found, everything is available , up to date and for download in xls. https://www.transparenciafiscal.gob.sv/ptf-services/ep/AFQ/ep1-submit-query Based on this I have changed the B2.2 and B8. Although it als published on a transparency portal, in the commitment document here: https://www.transparenciafiscal.gob.sv/ptf/es/QuienesSomos/Nuestrocompromiso.html it does not mention a license and even reservations on when the government will not publish data.
