What data is expected?

A geographical map of the country including national traffic routes, stretches of water, and markings of heights. The map must at least be provided at a scale of 1:250,000 (1 cm = 2.5km). Geographic information is instrumental for many use cases, including the mapping of unemployment statistics or demographics, as well as journey planning. See our methodology section for more information.

How open is the data?

Even the national offices express in their website it is completly available, come links dont work and the maps are in SVW and can be consumible by ArcGIS or Esri format. Also, the information is segmented in too many differents links. The data can´t be use for commercial proposes: "Cualquier uso no autorizado de los datos para cualquier propósito comercial está en la violación de leyes del derecho de propiedad nacional e internacional y se prohíbe estrictamente". Any licenses statement as Registered is available, neither open licenses.
