How open is the data?

Thank you Zeynep Yılmaz for contributing to the Global Open Data Index. Amended name of agency to Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (Turkish Statistical Institute). Data is not updated according to the required timeframe since GDP data is outdated (2015). Added XLS format, removed CVS & RDF as not found (data either XLS, Word doc, or HTML). Added link to legal notice.
