I have modified the original submission (by Alesha Aris, reviewed by Brenna Slawich) to represent the availability and openness of the data--the data is not available in an open format, nor is it available for bulk download. Laws are available here, https://laws.gov.tt/ from 1838 to 2014. Amendments are included alongside laws, and are linked depending on which view (not linked when browsing alphabetically/chronologically). The content is available for download in PDF format.
