The submitter's initial link was for a bulk download (https://law.moj.gov.tw/PublicData/GetFile.ashx?DType=XML&AuData=CF), but I was unable to access/open the downloaded XML file and have modified the answer to "bulk availability" accordingly. I changed the link to point to laws and amendments listings in HTML, some with accompanying PDF docs for download.
