All data is available online, however embedded in HTML and downloadable. Single information such as precipitation symbols on a weather map are not named properly in the HTML code. Significant manual work would be required to retrieve and use the data. No indication could be found online as to whether the data is openly licensed (only a copyright note that the agency holds all rights).
