The submission was accepted because the data set was confirmed to be where the submitter linked, is easily downloadable and its open license was pointed to a national law on openness. The dataset was last updated within the year (10/2016). The format was amended with two additional DBF, and SHX which comes with the shapefiles. Thank you very much for contributing to the Global Open Data Index.
