Comment reviewer: the links provided only refer to the 2016 budget laws (which are published in full) in PDF. Thus question B8 is changed, if the link to the xls data is not provided, I cannot review that. Also question B7 is changed to "No" as the cited website was just to the download section of the above mentioned website, not to the actual license/impressum etc. And I could not find additional information on the website.
