The website of the South African Weather Services is quite easy to navigate through. On a weather map it is possible to click to single regions. Detailed forecast data are available for singe regions: e.g. here: https://www.weathersa.co.za/home/city-pages#forecasttitle. The submission was accepted with some slight changes. Data can be requested, but this does not qualify as being downloadable. Therefore the original submission was amended. The forecast icons (such as cloud coverage,) are embedded in HTML. They are uploaded as single items and could individually be scraped. The site with terms of use was empty at the date of review (Feb, 27, 2017). See here: https://www.weathersa.co.za/credits-legal.
