What data is expected?

National government budget at a high level, that is the planned government expenditure for the upcoming year, and not the actual expenditure. Open budget data allows for well-informed publics: showing where money is spent on, how public funds develop over time, and why certain activities are funded. Accepted, changed question B8 because the budget for 2017 is only available in PDF. The data website of the ministry of finance is one of the best I have ever seen in terms of download, functionality, explanations, search functions etc. However, it was absolutely not up to date. Therefore, the score is based on the most up to date budget in PDF.
