How open is the data?

I rejected the original submission and started a new submission. On the site provided, I was not able to obtain access. The submission fulfills data characteristics. The laws were found on the Parliament's website, under Publications. Laws are available to download in PDF, while a brief summary and date enacted are provided in HTML.
