This submission fulfills the data characteristics. I modified the original submission, made by Lupinupa L, to reflect that the content and amendments to the laws are only available in PDF. CSV, JSON and XML downloads are available, however, as the submitter states "you can download a "dataset" containing links to the laws but it is really is a dataset of metadata." Laws are available for viewing and download from both sources. Amendments to laws are not necessarily linked to the original laws.
